CREST

The CREST @ REACH team is helmed by experienced community social workers. We keep updated and well informed on the unique needs of senior residents in the Hong Kah North and Bukit Gombak area to provide person-centric healthcare and social support. Our services extend beyond serving the needs of our clients. We raise public awareness of mental health and network with community partners to coordinate health training and education.

How We Help Caregivers

CREST Caregiver Support Group (CREST CSG)

The CREST @ REACH Team runs a Caregiver Support Group for caregivers of persons with dementia. The Caregiver Support Group aims to support caregivers by providing a safe place: 

  • To build confidence
  • To find support with other caregivers 
  • To learn coping strategies 
  • To acquire knowledge and skills to manage better 

The caregiver support group runs on Saturday mornings once a month. The sessions are conducted in English and complimentary elder sitting may be arranged where needed.
